The original clock insert was missing when I acquired this piece, so I reached out directly to Jay Strongwater’s company to see if they still offered replacement clock inserts. They confirmed that while they do sell replacement inserts for some models, the insert for this particular design has been discontinued. Because an official replacement was no longer available, I carefully fitted the closest matching quartz insert — the polished gold-tone one currently installed — to complete the piece and restore its functionality.
The decorative base and sculptural housing are intact, undamaged, and pristine, with no chips, cracks, or missing stones. A beautiful standalone décor piece and a rare opportunity to own a Strongwater design at a more accessible price point.
